Terms & Conditions

Effective October 9, 2026

Pocket Stylist is a personal US pilot operated by Pavel Fuks. It provides AI-assisted styling conversations and product suggestions.

SMS Terms

The Twilio pilot number, +1 (229) 459-8562, supports user-initiated SMS/MMS styling conversations from US phone numbers. Open to US phone numbers. Send the first message to request styling help. Availability and usage limits apply.

The current web preview is text-only and supports text and links. It does not send SMS or sync with your phone conversation. Type or paste measurements and size-chart details. Photo/MMS testing is separate; the web preview does not offer new photo uploads.

You initiate the conversation by sending any fashion question or photo. No keyword is required. By sending a message, you request automated AI-assisted responses from Pocket Stylist by Pavel Fuks about your request. Messages may contain styling advice, product links, images, and relevant follow-up questions. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Message frequency varies with your conversation; one reply may use multiple messages.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for applicable charges.
• Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply START to resume after opting out, then send a new question.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact Pavel Fuks at pavel@daydream.ing.
• Delivery depends on your carrier and device. Messages can be delayed, fail, or arrive without supported media; delivery is not guaranteed.

This pilot responds to your requests. It is not a subscription to promotional campaigns, scheduled check-ins, or proactive marketing messages.

AI guidance and shopping

AI responses may contain mistakes. Check product details, prices, availability, size charts, and retailer policies before purchasing. A size comparison is provisional and cannot guarantee fit or stock. Product links take you to third-party retailers; purchases, payments, delivery, and returns are handled by those retailers.

The stylist does not place orders, make payments, or provide a guaranteed response time. This is an experimental pilot, and its features or availability may change.

Using the pilot

Use the service for your own styling requests and only send content you have permission to share. Do not use it to harass others, submit unlawful content, or attempt to access someone else's conversation. Access may be limited to protect the pilot and its participants.

Your information

The Privacy Policy explains what information is processed, local retention periods, provider-controlled copies, and your choices. Send DELETE MY DATA when SMS is enabled, or email pavel@daydream.ing, to request deletion of conversation content in this application's storage.
